The Combat Knife is a mêlée weapon used in Half-Life: Opposing Force by the protagonist Adrian Shephard. A step up from the wrench, the knife does less damage per hit but makes up for with a much faster rate of attack. The knife is best used for conserving ammo while fighting weakened enemies and breaking open supply crates. It is identical to the crowbar but it instantly kills humans if you're behind them.
