Jackson[3] is a HECU engineer and a member of Adrian Shephard's squadron. He is introduced during the journey to Black Mesa, on the V-22 Osprey designated Goose 7, along with Shephard, Tower and other squad members.
While on Goose 7, Jackson and Tower begin exchanging insults after Jackson jokes about Tower's mother; their conversation soon elevates into a heated argument. As Jackson draws Shephard into the argument, the Osprey flying alongside them, Goose 3, is shot down by Manta Rays. The Rays soon turns on Goose 7, which is knocked out of the sky instantly.
Jackson's fate is unknown. He might have survived, since Tower did.
