Johnson is a Black Mesa scientist who presumably worked in Sector C. He/she had a locker there. Before the Resonance Cascade, the Black Mesa Announcement System in Sector C mentions him by saying "Dr. Johnson, please call Observation Tank 1.".

- "Johnson" is a nod to Brett or Erik Johnson, employees at Valve, placed there as an Easter egg.
