Science Collaboration Points are a statistic tracked in Portal 2's co-op mode. They are awarded by GLaDOS, but appear to be distributed arbitrarily in an attempt to drive ATLAS and P-body apart.
During gameplay, GLaDOS may award Science Collaboration Points to either player. However, the player's points are tracked as a collective whole, as displayed by the large monitor in the hub. Most actions the players perform will net them more points. Solving puzzles quickly and efficiently is the main way to score points.
