Skitch[1] (also known as Snitch[1]) is a female alien cut from Half-Life 2. From an unknown species, she was to belong to Alyx Vance. It is unknown if she or her species were to have come to Earth through Xen.

Skitch was suggested during the first year of development, when Dog was just a rough idea and belonged to Eli Maxwell only. She was to have long "hypodermic teeth" that could apparently kill ("Don't move," said the person above him. "One bite and you'll be death by your next breath.").[1] She was to be met for the first time when Gordon was to meet up with Alyx near the Air Exchange after his train crashed.[1]
She was later merged with Dog as Alyx's pet, while Kleiner ended up as the character owning a female pet alien, the Headcrab Lamarr.

As seen on Dhabih Eng's official website, "Arbitrer", a picture made in 2000, shows a similar creature.[2] Another picture, "Jack", made in 1999, also shows a related creature.[3]
