The Take-A-Wish Foundation was a group first proposed by Aperture Science's CEO, Cave Johnson. The program would take wishes from sickly children and give them to perfectly healthy (albeit wish-deprived) adults. This program (unlike the two other proposed programs, the Heimlich counter-maneuver, and the Portal Gun) was unsuccessful, mostly due to strong public opposition and lack of funding. It is a satire of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

[edit] Cave Johnson

Johnson's part in such proposals makes him seem a more devious character despite his seemingly scientifically oblivious personality, if Johnson is to appear again in the Portal series as an A.I. construct, this madness may be revealed further.
