I have no idea, unfortunately. I did some googling on the subject just now but that came up empty, (There's a horrifying shortage of good documentary information on most games) so for now it's anyone's guess. --MattyDienhoff 02:55, 29 May 2008 (UTC)

You can grab it in Decay, I think Collette grabs it right before she enters the area under the test chamber, and Gina grabs it inside that area near some exposed machinery.
