The Weapon Box is a device used by the Black Mesa survey teams to carry weapons, ammunition and batteries on Xen. Most of the time they are found through Xen near corpses of Black Mesa survey teams members.

In Half-Life's Deathmatch mode, weapon boxes are dropped by dead players. When picked it gives to the user ammunition and the last weapon used by the late player.
